Install, dont forget where you installed it
Open Dolphin
Click Open and navigate to your install dir. Youll find a folder called "Game"
Choose a game and start


You propably need to Configure your Controller for playing.

System Requirements:

Emulation depends mostly on CPU. You should aim for at least a i5 with 3GHZ for the included Games.
Midrange GPU is enough, something like a gtx 750 should be fine
