This is a PDF version of IS0 8601:2004(E) edition of ISO-8601 "Data elements and interchange formats — Information interchange — Representation of dates and times", which is about encoding dates and times (originator of the YYYY-MM-DD format). Since this is the most basic of examples of things which require consistency, the fact that this is behind a paywall is just stupid. So here's a torrent. Have fun you two
