1. Unpack to any place via Spintires MudRunner.exe
(No installation records are entered into the registry.
To delete a game, simply delete the folder with the unpacked game).
2. Copy the contents of the CODEX folder to the game folder.
3. After installation in the file "steam_emu.ini" with any text editor, replace Language = english with the one you need.
