About the series:
Life Of Crime follows police woman Denise Woods (Hayley Atwell) as she rises through the ranks in the
Metropolitan Police Force. The choices she makes as a rookie officer have explosive repercussions.
Beginning in Brixton in 1985, around the time of that year's riots, episode one sees Denise becoming
obsessed with her first big case. It's one that haunts her throughout her career, the next episodes
are set in 1997 and 2013.
