Ezel (Turkish pronunciation: [eˈzæl]) is a Turkish crime drama TV series that was initially broadcast by Show TV in autumn 2009. In 2010, it was transferred to ATV. It has since gained a considerably large fan base in Turkey. Although it is set in modern day Istanbul, Turkey, filming also took place in North Cyprus, Croatia, and England.
