Macross Δ (マクロスΔ Makurosu Deruta?, lit. "Macross Delta") is a science fiction anime television series produced by Studio Nue and Satelight, based on the long running Macross franchise by Big West. It is directed by Kenji Yasuda (Arata: The Legend, Noein) and written by Toshizo Nemoto (Log Horizon, Tokyo Majin) with Shōji Kawamori being the mechanical designer, chief director, and writer of the series.[1] It will premiere on Tokyo MX, MBS, BS11 among other stations in Japan starting April 3, 2016.[3]
