Jakey Lou Williams (born February 15, 1957 in Fairmont, West Virginia, USA), commonly known as Jake E. Lee, is an American guitarist best known for playing in Ozzy Osbourne band during the mid-1980s and later in Badlands with Ray Gillen. He formed a new band Red Dragon Cartel in 2013. Their eponymous first album was released in February 2014 and entered at #69 on USA's Billboard Album Charts.
