Encode: video was not the greatest, has a lot of noise im some scenes
due to bad deinterlace which i cant fix. i tried to clean up the video,
it was already oversharpened. still added brightness,rgb and some denoise and chroma.
fixed some sync issues, removed the video/audio looping near the finish and blurred
the logo which appears in the last 2 mins and resynced that last part.
audio is cleaned too.
still watchable
