Encoders Notes
I made a avs script to crop, resize & sharpen.
I dropped that into vdubmod.
There i de-interlaced & de-noised it.
Then i lowered the brightness, increased the contrast & gamma.
I also changed the colors with a rgb eq.
Finaly i re-encoded the audio & muxed it back to the video.
I lost a bit of detail but ive managed to remove most of the noise & lines (interlace).
It looks prety good imo.
Deffinatley better than the TS.
