Synopsis:
When 14 year old girl Emma Kurtzman rejected the amorous teenagers shy Adam Franklin in front of the Great Hall of Camp Weehawken, none of them knew anything about the real sex and adult. But we do not know when, years later, Emma (Natalie Portman) and Adam (Ashton Kutcher) become aa found (as they seem to have done randomly throughout his life) and end up in bed having sex. And practicing very well.

And since Emma has, as she says, an \"allergy Morrocotudo relations,\" and Adam also rejects them - mostly because his father (Kevin Kline), a former TV star is dating a former girlfriend of Adam recent -, they decide to dispense with the emotional mess that entails a relationship and be just friends with benefits. Rollo without crashes, sex without scares, intercourse without cost. No strings attached, no lies, no jealousy, no hugs, no emoticons, and shared breakfast, not \"miss you\", no nicknames for body parts without bundling ... in short, \"No compromise.\"

What began as a perfect solution for their physical needs becomes trickier when Adam inadvertently leads her feelings to bed (and hospital closet, in the back seat of the car and virtually any site that offers a horizontal support). In the end, they end up trying to untie the bonds that were trying to avoid an effort to answer a key question: can two friends having sex without love is lodged?

Sinopsis:
Cuando la chica de 14 años Emma Kurtzman rechazó los tímidos requiebros adolescentes de Adam Franklin en la puerta del Gran Pabellón de Camp Weehawken, ninguno de los dos sabía nada del sexo real y adulto. Pero sí que lo saben cuando, años después, Emma (Natalie Portman) y Adam (Ashton Kutcher) vuelven a a encontrarse (como parecen haber hecho al azar toda su vida) y terminan en la cama practicando el sexo. Y practicándolo muy bien.

Y puesto que Emma tiene, como ella dice, una “alergia morrocotuda a las relaciones”, y Adam igualmente las rechaza - mayormente porque su padre (Kevin Kline), una antigua estrella de la televisión, está saliendo con una reciente ex novia de Adam - , ambos deciden prescindir del follón emocional que conlleva una relación y ser simplemente amigos con derecho a roce. Rollo sin cuelgues, sexo sin sustos, coitos sin coste. Sin ataduras, ni mentiras, ni celos, ni achuchones, ni emoticonos, ni desayunos compartidos, sin “te echo de menos”, sin apodos para ciertas partes del cuerpo, sin liarse... en definitiva, “Sin compromiso”.

Lo que comienza siendo una solución perfecta para sus necesidades físicas se convierte en algo más peliagudo cuando Adam, sin darse cuenta, lleva sus sentimientos a la cama (y al armario del hospital, al asiento de atrás del coche y a prácticamente cualquier sitio que ofrezca un soporte horizontal). Al final, ambos terminan intentando desatar los lazos que intentaban evitar y esforzándose por responder a una pregunta clave: ¿pueden dos amigos practicar el sexo sin que el amor se interponga?
