Unpack the included rar file into your /Documents and Settings/AllUsers
.WINDOWS/Application Data/ directory, accept to overwrite if/when asked.

1. Start game.
2. If you already got a profile in the game, then you need to gain
access to ours. Do the following:

Click on (if this is not you, click here) and pick the "Unleashed"
profile

3. Play!

This will unlock all levels in Career mode, all levels in Casual mode,
all City gifts, all Constructions and 99999999 in cash.

Additional Notes:

Some building blueprints will open automaticially for each level. Those
that are locked, are not ment to be used to complete the level. Try level
35 and you will see they're all open :)
