EDIT: Keep in mind you must obtain a legit SporeApp.exe from somewhere on TPB and have that in your Spore/bin/ directory when you install the patch, and then replace the legit SporeApp.exe with the cracked one included in this torrent when patch installation is finished, otherwise you could run into problems.
