This is a beta version of the SimCity 2013 DRMLESS Release.
Some basic simulation work are still to be done.

Installing the game is pretty much as if you were installing the legit copy.
No crack to install except that you have to update your windows hosts file and
install a dummy certificate so that you can download/update/authenticate into
the dummy local/remote private server.

Legit gamers should stay away. THIS IS NOT A MOD, this is a crack for an offline
single player mode with save ability, only original packages are provided.
You can nevertheless install whatever MOD you want.
