National Plumbing Code of Canada 2010 torrent

Couldn't find a PDF of either the 2010 or the 2015 versions.
I understand we need to pay the people who make the code book, however, the code is law, and therefore in my view, people should be able to freely know the code when they work on their own house [which, the code allows].

Please seed. I have not seen this anywhere.
