(PSX) Super Robot wars alpha -partial translation- by froid_san torrent

Ok for those strategy mecha fans out there

It's a partial engish translation patch in which I made in my free hours

Its makes the game playable to those who cannot understand japanese and want to play the game.


STATUS REPORT:

done so far:

*I've translated most of the game execpt the script, I even hacked the title screen and the scenario titles so you can read it in english.

*translated some of the battle quotations

*translated most of the landscape names

*translated all the battle conditons

*translated almost all the menus

*translated 99% of the battle scenarios names

*translated all magic and item names and definitions

*translated all character names (don't know if i've translated it correctly XD)

*translated some text in the options

*hacked some non text images for the menus

*pinag tripan yung image sa option screen XD



next to do:

*insert and complete the translation of the mecha names.

*complete the battle quote translation

*hack the text appearing in the memory card save file

*fix some mistranslation and typographical errors

*fix my english XD

*hopefully translate just the super robot senario ^^;;

*figure out how to hack the weapons names

*figure out how hack the BGM so para meh kumakanta XD

Ok that sums it up


you can play the image using your favorite emulator or burn it directly to the cd and play it on your PSX console (if you or your friend ad a modded psx/ swap magic disk) XD

*remember while burning, use 4x speed for beter result*


this translation is made by meh, so please don't seal meh work cause, ang pinaghirapan koh toh XD.

if use want to distrubute it to others it's OK as long as you notify me or give meh credit for my work before doing so ^^
