Also in the Der Langrisser.7z is another english translation by LangFanDood
(dunno who is that) and the unpatched (J) versions.

-Instructions-

-Unzip the Der Langrisser.7z file (Google for 7 zip if you can't do it)
-Unzip derpatch-1.02.zip and tsukuyomi_v01.zip and apply the patch with
tsukuyomi.exe
-Open the patched game with bsnes, ZSnes and other don't run this game well
-HAVE A BLAST OF A TIME
