Vagrant Story PSX + PEC (editor included) torrent

This is the epic game Vagrant Story for PSX.

Along with this I've included PEC (Playstation Emulation Cheater) + the Editor for said program (to easily add your own Gameshark codes). PEC is somewhat hard to find now as the site that hosted it went offline a while ago. so i'm including these for you out there who want it but are having trouble finding it.
