Greatest Hits is a greatest hits album by the American blues rock band ZZ Top, released in 1992. "Viva Las Vegas" and "Gun Love" were two new tracks. It was also released as a vinyl album, which omitted four tracks included on the CD version ("Cheap Sunglasses", "I'm Bad, I'm Nationwide", "Pearl Necklace", and "Tube Snake Boogie").

All songs come from the albums Deguello (1979) through Recycler (1990) with the exceptions of "Tush", "La Grange", "Viva Las Vegas", and "Gun Love".

In total, 14 of the 18 songs on the Greatest Hits album were released after 1983.
