Encoded Yu Yu Hakusho Eizou Hakusho OVA into high quality MKV h.264 format with Japanese audio, and English Subtitles.

While I cannot call these high quality, I can say they are quite a bit better than the source, and much more watchable. These were never really released in a great quality that I could find. The interlaced Blu-Ray upscales were way more terrible looking, so I used the DVD source. I did what I could with what I had.
