181 C Programming books

This torrent supersedes my previous C book torrent (i.e., it contains all the books from the previous torrent, and then some).

I've replaced Amazon's publication date (yyyy-mm-dd) in the filenames with the copyright date (yyyy), as near as I can determine (some books lack a copyright date due to the original scanners being lazy and skipping pages). Sometimes these were quite different dates.

These files were scanned by others; I only collected them from various places, made the filenames consistent, and packaged them.
