I am making no assumptions when it comes to your cooking abilities. This class is for an absolute beginner or someone who has been cooking for a long time but would like to refine some techniques. After moving from my house into a 32 foot motorhome, to travel with my family, I had to learn how to cook in a very small space with limited tools and ingredients.
