TOTEM - zespół wywodzący się z Bukowna, grający muzykę na pograniczu death i thrash metalu z wieloma elementami "szwedzkiej szkoły" melodyjnego death metalu. Powstał na bazie zespołu Fatal Error. Zespół został założony w styczniu 2002 w małym miasteczku Bukowno 40 km od Krakowa. W pierwszym składzie znajdowali się Wera (wokal), Dzierż (gitara), Marcin (gitara), Przema (gitara basowa) i Toma (perkusja). Ich celem było granie melodyjnego thrash death metalu zainspirowanego przez Sepulturę, Slayera, Arch Enemy czy In Flames

TOTEM - a band from Bukowno, playing music on the borderline of death and thrash metal with many elements of the "Swedish school" of melodic death metal. It was created on the basis of the band Fatal Error. The band was founded in January 2002 in a small town of Bukowno, 40 km from Krakow. The first line-up consisted of Wera (vocals), Dzierż (guitar), Marcin (guitar), Przema (bass guitar) and Toma (drums). Their goal was to play melodic thrash death metal inspired by Sepultura, Slayer, Arch Enemy or In Flames
