The group Os Pescadores was formed in the early 70's and released a single and rare album in 1972, independently and still not reissued, disappearing from the map soon after.
Sound of Lonelyness is composed of 8 tracks, mostly short, that mix influences from German and English bands of the time, in the "hard", psychedelic and krautrock sound, but with a singularity: the Christian theme in the songs. The instrumental is worth mentioning, guided by exquisite work on the organ by Thomas Hettinger and still counting on good guitar and piano passages. The lyrics are half in German and half in English, with male and female vocals. Although solid, "Sound Of Loneliness", "Tausend Jahre", "Kreislauf" and "I'm So Very Suprised" stand out.
