TRAMA

La bella Helene viene invitata a Palma di Maiorca dal suo ex marito, Maurice, nel frattempo risposatosi con la più anziana Costance. Giunta sul luogo apprende, con sorpresa, che ad invitarla in realtà è stata proprio Costance: la donna infatti intende servirsi dell'aiuto di Helene per uccidere Maurice. In cambio di un lauto compenso Helene accetta, ma durante la gita in barca che dovrebbe servire per eliminare Maurice, l'uomo si accorge dell'accordo fra le due donne e uccide Costance. Helene deve tacere, essendo invischiata in prima persona nei fatti. Solo successivamente Helene comprende che Maurice tradiva l'anziana moglie con Susan, figlia diciottenne di Costance. Al fine di non essere ricattati Maurice e Susan eliminano Helene simulando un incidente. La polizia, però, forse ha intuito tutto.
