La storia di tre diverse famiglie che vivono nella stessa casa, Marchlands, in tre periodi di tempo diversi (1968, 1987 e 2010). I tre gruppi sono legati tra loro: a collegare le famiglie sarà lo spirito di una bambina, Alice, che è annegata in un tragico incidente nel 1967, nel lago Blackwater Tarn.



Marchlands, è una serie tv drammatica divisa in cinque parti, che ha debuttato nel Regno Unito il 3 febbraio 2011.
La serie è basata sull’episodio pilota di un dramma paranormale statunitense appartenente alla stagione 2008/09, “The Oaks”, commissionato dal network FOX ma mai diventato serie.
