On a distant Gallifey, home of the legendary Time Lords, and the birthplace of The Doctor, two young renegade Time Lords make off with a T.A.R.D.I.S. to see the universe…but as they learn about one another and the behind the scenes they played in the past of Gallifrey’s most notorious renegade, something terrible starts to happen to the universe.
