When they stop the car, its driver tosses bags of drugs into the boot and his mobile phone over a wall. But a more bizarre act follows. Stewart and Callum pull over a middle-aged driver whose motor appears not to have any insurance. The man of mystery provides two different names and two different dates of birth.
