Does alien life exist? Is time travel possible? How did the Universe begin and how will it end? Is the future pre-determined? How did life begin? These are just some of the 16 fascinating questions posed in this book. Each chapter considers a separate question and then ends with either an answer or, if there is insufficient evidence, a ‘best guess’ answer. Do you agree with the author’s conclusions? Everyone will have their own opinion but one thing is certain – Mysteries of the Universe will fascinate, educate and stimulate.
from reviews of the manuscript
I very much like the premise of this book. It is a very novel approach which I have not seen anywhere else. The questions are just those that a lay person wants the answers to and the division into answerable and unanswerable makes a distinction that is not always apparent. The mixture of cosmology, physics, life sciences and mythology makes for a very readable journey.
