These subtitles were created with TV-Japan's raw release of the Tales of the Abyss anime which can also be found on the Nyaa listings here: http://www.nyaatorrents.org/?page=view&tid=34790

You will need a raw video to watch with these subs. If you have the Community Codec Pack installed then all you need to do is extract the sub file into the same folder as the video file and make sure the filenames are the same (and leaving the extensions alone).
