This is a Youtube stream rip. I've seen it get uploaded to Youtube a couple of times but it always gets taken down so I figured I would make a torrent for it. No idea if the promo dvd this is ripped from is available anywhere online. I looked and I couldn't find it. Anyway, the full blu-ray and DVD come out on August 10.
