Well will you look at that, Index-tan 4 is FINALLY here! (w0lf and Arche have been DYING for it)

Sorry for the terrible quality. Hence why it's a v0 and have fun looking for anything in higher quality. We'll be releasing a v1 (normal release) when a 480 or something pops up

Only thing I (w0lf) am disappointed at is the lack of the railgun 2 announcement :-/ Though with Shana coming up during the fall, I'm going to assume Shana-tan will return, and possibly the announcement for Railgun2?! (am totally not a Misaka Freak)

Anyways, for this week NO ONE WAS AROUND. As in I had my editors, Arche and a new member, Belldandy-sama. Anywho, I alone had to do translating, typesetting, signs, and styling. But that' just me bitching (Hey, it only took 7 hours for a solo job on the most part)
