[Bloat] Evangelion fixed subtitles torrent

Slightly edited subtitle files for use with Bloat's release of Evangelion.

Episodes 1-24 and End of Evangelion have been edited to fix spelling errors and also put names in the correct order with honourifics.

For instance in End of Evangelion they mispell Kaworu as Kaoru, and horrible things such as 'Mr Shinji Ikari' become 'Ikari Shinji-kun'.

I have not and will not do Death/Rebirth or Episode 25/26 because I don't want to subject myself to that boring tedium again, and nobody should. :P

I did these for myself but thought people might want them. Use them by either having them in the same folder (seems .ass takes priority over embedded subtitles) or replace the subtitles in the mkv with Mkvtoolnix.
