I was uploading to pantsu, but I might as well upload here as well seeing how it'll only take a moment of my time to do so. In any case, please help to seed this if you got it from pantsu or AB as it's too big for myself at the moment. Otherwise, enjoy.

RAW is from arearaw by JSUM, though I compressed the audio and removed the mono track, and the subs I got were from opensubtitles, but they were probably from the other SD softsubbed release and I also had to tweak their size for 1080p.

There were two zip extras (gallery and scans), so you can get them from the DL below.
