So by chance I got my hands on this.

The translation is by the German Fansubgroup Shiroi Fansubs, so all credits go to them. I won't release any other episodes of this, since Shiroi Subs doesn't want me to. You can find the episodes with German Sub on their website.

I didn't took another Raw, so that the credits of the translation are shown, but the Ending and some other things still are on German. But that shouldn't be a problem to you, should it?
