→ due to restrict of video source, higher fps makes no sense so that I reduced dumping fps from 29.97 to 23.98 to boost vapoursynth preprocessing

→ get back to use fdk-aac, coz qaac seems not so good as fdk-aac in high bitrates' vbr encoding
