Audio (TrueHD 5.1): .ac3+thd -> .thd @ ~3000Kbps
Subs \[ASS\]: Taken from KAA release, slightly re-edited, i.e. fixed any noticeable mistakes and typos (some inconsistencies may remain). Karaoke was hard subbed in the original release, so I transcribed and timed it into the script (just the translations). Re-typeset many signs and added borders to signs that are hard to see (white font on white background).
