Timings for episodes 1 and 3 of the first OVA were so far off they were beyond fixing, so I retimed both episodes from scratch, line by line.
Episode 2 was fine with just a few adjustments. Several typos were fixed and lines splitted/joined, and romaji+karaoke added to both OP and ED.

Dotcrawl, rainbow, halo and noise reduction. Also added a slight saturation boost. Source quality in Breakthrough was noticeably worse than
in the first OVA, and there's heavy blocking left in a couple of scenes, mostly episode 4.

Subtitle notes:

Typos fixed, lines splitted/joined, usage of italics fixed here and there, and romaji+karaoke added to OP (same OP as in the first OVA). No romaji
was available for OVA2 ED, but it doesn't really matter since the song is terrible.
