It takes place during a dreamlike sequence that happens when Akari and Alicia visits the abandoned train car under the cherry blossom tree, which connects to Teko and Pikari falling asleep on the train after just having passed the blooming flowers along the wall. In their shared 'dream', the four girls meet and chat until they discover that they are on the Galactic Railroad. It's very cute and pleasant, enjoy.

The events of the drama CD are a fleshed out version of what happens in the first chapter of the 4 chapter manga 'Miracle Advance Manga', roughly called Seven Colored Hydrangea and Cherry Blossom in Bloom (七色の紫陽花と満開の桜) , also bundled with the Blu-Ray.
