First things first...

I was rather fortunate that a contact in Belgium was able to cap this from Italia 1 in SD off satellite. That is not going to be an option for future episodes; I might POSSIBLY have a second source, but that is not guaranteed. If anyone can provide transport stream rips from Italia 1's SD satellite feed, please let me know - you can find me on IRC in \#[email protected] as well as in other channels on the same network.

Someone uploaded HD TSes, but those TSes had defects which required me to fill in portions using the SD feeds, and I wasn't sure how well the HD feed's audio would hold up to hacking with the SD feed's audio, so I just used the audio from the SD caps. Additionally, the SD caps were dual audio Italian/Japanese, which was the important part, while the HD rips were strictly Italian.

I think I've done the best I can with the sources I have.

You may notice that although I did use, as far as possible, an HD source for video, I still encoded at SD resolution. This is based on an analysis of the footage for ideal resolution. The Italian master appears to have been upscaled from 480p; therefore these encodes are 480p.
