Kotoko - 421 -a will- HD torrent

From the "26 stories" BD, a collection Kotoko's earlier PVs re-released in HD.

Most are technically upscales, but still have better quality than if you just upscaled the old DVD versions. Plus I tried my best to improve visual quality further with Avisynth.

This particular PV had the problem of excessive ringing on the edges and overall blurriness, which I fixed more or less.
