但就在这一"大共鸣"发生6天后，失去意识的人们好像什么都没发生过一样地醒来了。

之后，封锁都市·东京逐渐取回了城市机能，但以这一天为分界线，各种各样的"异常事件"开始发生，人们开始接连被更进一步的非日常所侵蚀。

在此之中，还存在着解放了隐藏在血中的力量、觉醒为"英血之器"的年轻人们——。

他们被彼此的力量所吸引，不容拒绝地相遇，心灵相通，互相杀害，逐渐被残酷的命运连环所吞噬。
