Well, here it is. This is, I assume, the highest quality EVA torrent out there.

Each episode has been converted straight from the m2ts to mkv.

Each episode has: Japanese FLAC, English AC3, English subs and Sign subs. However revival of evangelion and death and rebirth have no dub audio.
