This is the 2nd season of Bakemonogatari (with the notorious tooth-brushing scene).

I couldn't find a BD 1080p release of this with typeset non-ordered-chapter subs, so I made one from the various 720p/ordered chapter/etc versions.
Many typesetting passes later, there's still a lot of imperfections, but with 1000+ signs in just 11 episodes that's always gonna happen.
