Con partner come Craig Taborn, Chris Potter, Sinikka Langeland e Jorge Rossy, il quadro di riferimento musicale è molto ampio. Elementi che vanno dal folk arcaico di Langeland al sassofono post-Coltrane di Potter e al vorticoso pianoforte modernista di Taborn trovano ciascuno il loro posto in un progetto che implica nuovi fili di connettività, nuove relazioni creative.
