While cataloging/updating all of the Great Mazinger short films, I found a copy of this in an old folder from 200X. It was masquerading as a Grendizer short in my "Mazinger Movies" folder. Turns out it isn't related to super robots in any way is only tangentially related to the world of Mazinger, and it is amazing! It is a short piece of infotainment about early UFO encounters, and is exactly the kind of weird 70's anime shtuff I love to find. Anyway, here's a cleaned-up higher-quality version I found as presented by Oshan Ruiz

Per Mulder: This movie is prologue to UFO Robo Grendizer.
It get bluray as part of [MAZINGER THE MOVIE Blu-ray 1973-1976]. Bonus disc of this collection has it. Sadly, it’s just upscale, but better than dvd at least.

TLDR: WTF? Anime alien docu-short from Mar 21, 1975! And it's by the makers of Mazinger!?
