[LazyMux] Psycho-Pass (BD 720p Hi10 AAC) [Dual-Audio] torrent

Welcome to LazyMux! Now not only for could-be-improved-upon-further projects!

In this release, we have Commie's 720p BD encode and subs. I've added the English dub and (English) commentaries.

This particular release can be improved upon further. Due to age, the TS'ing is a bit meh, the subs are in the 601 color space and the encode is lacking. This show really needs to be scene-filtered.

The subtitles are untouched. No edits / improvements were made (mainly because I don't like this show at all). I was watching CBM for the first 13 episodes, so those are largely un-QCed, past checking a few scenes for dub sync.
