Couldn't understand using 3GB for 28 mins of compressed anime. So re-encode.
Just reworked a few of puffy's lines to sound more natural,
but also, translated the new lines.
Only line I'm not too sure about is "you're the best", because I'm not that good at picking up Japanese that's spoken very quickly. But it should be the gist of it.
encoded with 2-pass libvpx-vp9, through ffmpeg. -quality good -pix_fmt yuv420p10le -b:v 0 -crf 24 -speed 0
I did not use the tune for grain setting because I didn't know about it (hah) but honestly I hate grain and only see it usually being used as a reason to make video compression harder/worse.
So, sorry if it distorted the grain. I don't notice it if it did.

Opus is 144kb/s to preserve audio quality.
