Chuumon no Ooi Ryouriten (1994) [Orphan] (360p) torrent

Orphan Fansubs presents the first English version of 1994's A Restaurant of Many Orders. The same short story was animated previously in 1958 and 1993. This version followed just a year later but is almost unknown: it doesn't even appear in the standard anime databases. See the blog entry for more details.
