[JIGGYnCODEnSUB] BURN UP W-EXCESS 420p LD MASTERS torrent

Well 20 years on and ADV going tits up, pretty well says no blurays anytime soon.
So I bought the Laserdiscs, encoded them once, then encoded them twice, cause the
first time erased all the detail. W files are huge but was only way to get all detail.

For W I would suggest MPC with deinterlace, denoise, sharpen complex 2.
If you sit close you will notice the macroblocking of the Laserdisc. Sit back and
it looks better.
Excess encoded much better. Like the GS mikami laser discs, it seemed they used
a compression that caused smaller data blocks and it looked better. cav cab cabac
whatever, i don't remember.

Also included is the "alley Scene" absent from the USA release of Burn UP.
There was a burn up cel in collection of Anime Cel seller on net. Rio Jumping
out of her cop clothes. I could never figure out where that cel came from.
Well anyways the deleted scene is here to upset the moral
majority and algorites.

Also I did work on the subtitles adding color, repositioning, and translating the Burn up W op
song.

Also the region 2 DVD's were not as good as the Laserdiscs. I also matched the color of these
as best as possible to anime cels I have of the show. Little oversaturated, buts thats how I like it.
