[PreOnePace] One Piece 313 [720p][E5C0F594].mkv torrent

This is an upload of our One Piece files before they are edited for One Pace release. Only expect these for the vegapunk releases, that are hardsubbed, and perhaps even the K-F releases, if we end up doing Enies Lobby.

Going back to do 313-319. 318-319 will be BS-Fuji, while 313-317 will not, due to the BS-Fuji raws not being available for that range.
